4. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You shall use the Cốc Cốc Services accordingly to currently implimented Vietnamese Law. All illegal or prohibited activities related to Cốc Cốc Services are not allowed. The illegal/prohibited behaviors when You are using the Cốc Cốc Services are listed below. We reserve the right to investigate and conduct any necessary legal measures to anyone violating these terms, including but not limited to anouncing to State administrative office, in accordance with decision-making authority of Cốc Cốc.

4.1. You are not allowed to perform the prohibited actions including, but is not limited to the advantage of the Internet for the purpose of:

• Oppose the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; damage national security, order, social safety, national sodality; propagandize invasion; cause feud, conflict, national discrimination, racism, religious discrimination;
• Propagandize and rouse violence, obscene, social evils, depravity, superstitiousity; harm fine traditions and customs of the country;
• Reveal national secrets, military, security, economic, diplomatic secret, and other secrets regulated in the law;
• Misinform, slander, and offend the prestige of an organization; the honor, dignity of an individual citizen;
• Take advantage of the Internet to advertise, propagandize, sale products, Services that are blacklisted by the Law;
• Violate intellectual property right;
• Produce and circulate illegal technology products;
• Create illegal links with domains of organizations, individuals who legally own and use them;
• Disturb, damage equipment and illegally prevent managing, supplying and using Internet Services and electronic information on the Internet;
• Steal and use illegally passwords, security codes and other information of an organization and individual on the Internet;
• Create and install harmful computer virus programs, software; commit an illegal action as according to the Information technology Law;

4.2. The following acts shall be considered abusive Cốc Cốc and are prohibited:

• Make anouncements about Cốc Cốc browser calling it Chrome or using any other name that is not related to the real name of Cốc Cốc;
• Pay any other third partiy in a cooperative program of advertising revenue from clicks of Cốc Cốc browser users, but not allowing Cốc Cốc to participate in that cooperative program;
• Block Cốc Cốc browser or make a false announcement that Cốc Cốc browser is not supported;
• Prevent downloading Cốc Cốc browser.

Any person (or company) who commit one of the acts from section 4.2, within 10 working days of each month, will have to pay to Cốc Cốc a share of the advertising revenue received from the clicks (clicks) of the Cốc Cốc browser users, in equivalent of VND 1,000 (one thousand Vietnamese dong) / 01 click. If the person (or company) that violated the payment terms written above, will be fined 1% of the value for each day of the late payment.

5. USING CỐC CỐC SERVICES

When using Cốc Cốc Services, you must follow terms and perform obligation within the Services:

1. Cốc Cốc is provided to You free of charge, copyright free, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the web browser software and services Cốc Cốc. You are no allowed and you ca not allow anyone else to copy, create derivative product or attempt to extract the source code of Cốc Cốc web browser software.
2. Cốc Cốc browser which You are using may automatically download and install updates from time to time in order to fix bugs, improve, enhance and develop Cốc Cốc’s Services. Cốc Cốc browser can distribute its updates using peer to peer mechanism. You agree and allow Cốc Cốc using this mechanism for it’s updates as part of your use of the Services.
3. You agree and approve that the Content here is a personal responsibility of those who own this Content. Cốc Cốc has the right but doesn’t have the responsibility to preview, select, refuse, modify or change any Content which is available on Cốc Cốc Services. You have to be responsible for taking the risk when using our Services, despite the dact that when providing the Services, Cốc Cốc still uses the tools to select the information which is inappropriate or violates Vietnamese Law.
4. You agree that You are responsible for your actions and any Content You have, create or display, download when using our Services as well as the result which may follow your actions or your Content. 6. You agree that You do not conduct business activities, use or produce, copy the Cốc Cốc Services unless You obtain our written permission.
7. You agree that Cốc Cốc provides some Services with advertising content and displays ads and promotions. You agree that Cốc Cốc can place ads and promotion as such and Cốc Cốc will not be responsible for the loss or damage that You have to suffer caused by the display of ads and promotions that You often receive when using the Cốc Cốc Services.
8. You agree that Cốc Cốc can associate with or provide links to other websites and You agree that Cốc Cốc does not control and does not take the responsibility for any of the Content of the ads, Services, products that You get to know from these websites. In addition, You also agree that Cốc Cốc will not be responsible for any loss and damage You have to suffer caused by using the Content, ads, and products from such websites.

Cốc Cốc Services and other necessary applications, components of the Services, including Intellectual property right of Services of Cốc Cốc, all the necessary applications, Services, components ('Intellectual property'), are protected by copyright, brand name, logo, or other property rights owned by Cốc Cốc or the third parties which give Cốc Cốc the Intellectual property right. You do not have the permission to use any commercial names, logos of the products, Services, symbols, domains, or other recognised forms of any typical products, Cốc Cốc Services for commercial purpose unless You obtain a written permission from Cốc Cốc, or if your purpose does not influence much or prevent Cốc Cốc normal operation.
An Editing activity (collecting, organizing and gathering) of all Intellectual property of Services are the monopoles property of Cốc Cốc and is protected by Vietnamese Law and other international treaties on copyrights. Intellectual property of Services and other Services which are owned, operated, managed, by Cốc Cốc or given for Cốc Cốc is not for copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, or distributing in any form. Using or changing of Intellectual property of Cốc Cốc in any form, including but not limited to any website or environment linked to any computer without a written permission from Cốc Cốc will be an action of violation the Intellectual property right and other property rights of Cốc Cốc and will be prohibited by Cốc Cốc.

8.2. According to this term, Cốc Cốc respects and does not disposse your right of ownership or other rights to send, publish online, transfer or display in our browser. 9.2. Termination
This Terms of Service will be valid until they are terminated by either You or Cốc Cốc in cases listed below:

1. Termination by You: You can terminate this Terms of Service by not using Services of Cốc Cốc.
2. Termination by Cốc Cốc: Terms of Service will be terminated immediately without prior notice if (i) as decided by Cốc Cốc. If You do not follow any of the terms in this Terms of Service or (ii) Law or decision of Government, Court, law implementation office require Cốc Cốc to terminate the Terms of Service

After the termination, You shall delete all information, documents received from Cốc Cốc or other websites of Cốc Cốc, as well as copies or the information or document despite being created by regulations of this Terms of Service or of other regulations.

Do not *ahem* piss off Vita Coco’s social media team, because they will call your bluff.

The coconut water company has just launched a new product called Vita Coco Pressed Coconut, which they claim tastes like — you guessed it! — fresh pressed coconut. Per the tagline, it is “Impossible to Hate”. And to get the word out, according to Ad Age, the company says it has developed an algorithm to find the most negative product reviews on sites like Yelp, Amazon and TripAdvisor — and it’s going to convince their haters to give the new product a try.

Here’s how that’s going: yesterday, Twitter superuser Tony Posnanski got into a war of words with the brand. Posnanski is a known coconut water critic (who wrote about his hatred of the beverage for the Huffington Post back in 2013) and was not interested one bit when Vita Coco’s social media team asked him to try their new drink.

“Save that nasty s— for someone else,” he wrote on Twitter, and didn’t stop there either. “I would rather drink your social media persons piss than coconut water,” he continued.

Those were fighting words, apparently, and Vita Coco kicked things up a notch with a reply that’s that left Twitter horrified, stunned, and delighted in (roughly) equal parts. The brand replied to Posnanski’s tweet with a photo of a member of their social media team standing in a bathroom stall, and holding a Vita Coco jar filled with what appears to be urine. “Address?” the reply tweet read, seeming to offer to send the jar to Posnanski in lieu of actual coconut water.

The brand told Ad Age that it wasn’t a stunt to gain attention on Twitter, but was simply furthering their brand’s message that their product defies haters. (And told New York magazine that, yes, “it’s pee” for real.)

Posnanski also said he was impressed by the stunt. While falling short of confirming he’d take Vita Coco up on their offer, he added in a tweet that he’d still prefer the urine to coconut water, “the Miracle Whip of beverages.”
